Chester Rose is made in Cheshire from local milk. Our cheese is cloth bound and matured for at least 6 to 9 months to achieve the deliciously nutty flavour. The colouring is called annatto – a vegetable dye derived from the husk of the fruit of the annatto tree found in South America and the Caribbean.
