Mediterranean Chester Rose Vegetable Wraps

Vegetable Wraps


2 tortilla wrap
2 tbsp green pesto
4 tbsp virgin olive oil
2 x 200g cooked grilled peppers
4 tomatoes chopped
salt and pepper to taste
4 tbsp of black olives drained
fresh basil
125g grated Mozzarella cheese
125g grated Chester Rose

Serve & Cook

Prep time 15 minutes
Cooking time 10 minutes


1. Mix the peppers, tomatoes, olives with the olive oil and green pesto – season to taste.

2. Take the tortilla wrap and spoon ½ mixture on half the wrap, then layer half the mozzarella & Chester Rose mix on top.

3. Finish off with the remaining veg mix and top again with remaining Chester Rose cheese.

4. Fold the wrap over and place in a warm oven (180°C) for 10 minutes or under a hot grill for 5 minutes. Alternatively eat cold. Serve with sour cream and salad and cut each wrap in half.
